Services:
While primarily the center of operations for Aquila, the Leviathan is, as most of the ships are, a trading vessel. You'd be hard pressed to not find something you need. She's also equipped to hold passengers, though this is very rarely allowed.

Purpose:
The Leviathan is both the meeting place of the Captain's Council as well as the flagship for Aquila. It's main guns are devastating, capable of tearing through enemy vessels like tissue paper. It also serves as a gathering point, as it has a transponder linked to all Aquila vessels, allowing them to find it, and the fleet, no matter where they are in the world.

Guards:
The only true guards on the Leviathan are the force of 42 troops that rotate guarding the bridge and the Council Chambers. Most of those allowed on the ship are trusted not to cause trouble, and the general sense of loyalty felt by the crew members and the members of Aquila keep most visitors in line.

Reputation:
Those who have heard of Aquila have heard of its flagship. Some rumors say it's nothing but a floating pile of junk. Others make it out to be the most advanced ship on the planet. Those who have been there speak only of it's magnificence and it's malevolence. A beast in the clouds, waiting to devour its next victim.
